If you would like to share any comments and/or concerns, please contact your area high school principal. The DRAFT policies are tentatively scheduled to go to the School Board at the May meeting as a first reading.

All Lyon County schools are currently accepting Kindergarten enrollment at this time. 

Students must be 5 years old by September 30, and will need to provide proof of residency, a birth certificate and shot records. 

Additionally, we are also enrolling for Pre-Kindergarten for children 4 years old by September 30, and who meet necessary qualifications, including living within 200% of the poverty level.  Please contact your local elementary school if you have any questions or concerns, and please help us in spreading the word to any eligible families with kindergarten and prekindergarten-age children.
